[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Monitoring vacuum signals

Heard about it Monday but hadn't fixed it yet. The widget wasn't displaying as exponential. Fixed now. I've got to remap the cryocon failed status also. I have an email about the new tag for those. Apparently I'm using a "legacy" tag that was abandoned.
