Since the Torus PLC is actively being used the priority of the Solenoid PLC was changed such that it would be used as the master clock. We then removed networking from the Solenoid PLC and shortly after the Torus became the master clock for both the Torus and DBox.

After verifying that the functionality works as expected the tie-break priorities for the Torus and Solenoid clock sources have been changed such that the priority is as follows (from highest to lowest, lower number = higher priority): Torus (126) -> Solenoid (127) -> DBox (128) All have a master priority of 128, which is the default.

We also took the Solenoid PLC offline in order to enable Time Sync on its remote chassis.
