Ruben,
Pablo and I just went through the interlock checkout and I don't think there's any we can start early with.
We either need the MPS to be operational (in order to have some current or to close the fast dump contactor) or to have all the interlocks cleared as the first step.
Unless we change the procedure to not require all the interlocks to be cleared at the very least we'll have to wait for DC power to finish their MPS work before starting.
