[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Fast DAQ 'data gaps'

Tyler,

With KPP and I wasn't willing to mess with the gateways, etc. However with that now complete, I'll reroute the fast daq IOC to talk directly to the cRIO's IOC. It's a bit to test out other stuff, so I'll do it tomorrow.

Find out why the cRIO maxs out at 2048 on the array size. That's really why we are doing it this way to begin with (5Hz). Otherwise, we could do 5000pts/2Hz or 10,000pts/1Hz. This would cut down on the jitter also.

To get the data in older question, run:
jcache get /mss/hallb/torus/data/<filename>

It won't show up immediately, but will queue the scicomp systems to pull it from tape.
