[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Cerenox start-up algorithm added to Torus LV cRIO

Hello Nick,
I restarted the LV cRIO, as the part added on Friday to automatically reinitialize a Cerenox if it reads 325K did not work. I also changed how it is looking for a sensor at 325K since we now know what was deployed Friday did not work.
One interesting note: TR817BR is another Coil B Cerenox in LV Chassis 4.

Hi Tyler,
Helium return on coil B is at 325K.
Best Regards,
Nick

Thank you Tyler

Hello,
As discussed, a subVI to automatically run a start-up algorithm for a Cerenox sensor if it reads 325K has been added to the Torus LV cRIO LabVIEW. The global variable "ms between cmds" has also been increased to 10ms from 5ms.
Best regards,
Tyler
