[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Cerenox voltage, current, and calculated restistance added to Torus LV cRIO

I have added the indicators to the Torus LV cRIO program for the Cerenox hexadecimal V1, V2; hexadecimal I1, I2; and calculated resistance. The code with the indicators will be deployed within the next few minutes.
