Tyler,
I checked out your code from the 'add_filter_to_FPGA_V2' branch just to see if there was anything obvious that was busted.
The only thing you did differently was apply the filter to a single channel, whereas the version I tried had the notch filter inside the for loop so it it would be applied to all channels, but since that version compiled successfully I would think yours should as well.
Maybe the code you had FPGA issues with was on a different branch?
