[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Solenoid pressure ranges used

Hello Scot, 

The following are the ranges used for the pressure sensors in the solenoid: 

Lead Reservoir 

Signal name: PT8620 
Range : 0 - 165 PSIA 
type signal : 4-20 mA 


Magnet Reservoir 

Signal name: PT8670 
Range : 0 - 165 PSIA 
type signal : 4-20 mA 

I'm using the ranges that are indicated in the Solenoid cryogenics P&I diagram. If you have some corrections let me know.
