[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus Fast-Daq filter testing

Hello Probir and Ruben, 

I will continue testing filters this afternoon for the Torus Fas-Daq cRIO. A lowpass filter with the cutoff frequency set at 50Hz will be deployed. 

Testing will start at about 2:15PM. During this time, communication between the cRIO and EPICS/PLC may be briefly interrupted.
