Good idea. 

For this test, please do not use the cell phone no. assigned to the present 'on-call' engineers - as they are preparing for the next Torus run. 

I suggest that you perhaps temporarily use George's cell phone no. if he agrees.

Hello Wesley, 
It was discussed during a meeting with Renuka and George that will be helpful make a test to check the EPICS alarm handler for the Solenoid Vacuum System. 
The idea is generate bad vacuum readings by setting dummy values over the vacuum thresholds in the PLC and monitor these changes into EPICs to check the response to alarm and send the message to the person assigned. 
Another full test will be performed when all the vacuum control instrumentation will setup. 
Please let me know when you will be able to perform this test.
