[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus TR8122A at 325 K fixed via LV cRIO restart

Hello, 

I noticed TR8122A for the Torus chimney splice was reading 325 K. This seems to have been the same Cerenox LV excitation error that happened twice last week. After restarting the Torus LV cRIO, TR8122A now reads ~6.3 K.
