[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Solenoid EM Forces

Hello Wesley, 

I completed the changes that were agreed in order to match the tag names between PLC and EPICS. The changes were made as follows: 
1. Changed data type for Cernox, and PT100 temperature sensors that are part of the ' Solenoid Liquid Helium Temps' screens. 
2. Changed data type for Hall sensors. 
3. Modified data type for the Load Cells and assigned correct names - Corresponding to the 'Load Cell' Screen 
4. Modified data type for the In-balance load cells calculation - Corresponding to the 'EM Forces' screen 
5. Implemented option to enter set point values for the Flow rates in VCL A and VCL B. This is part of the 'Solenoid LHe- SST' screen. 
6. Verified signal names used for the Vacuum Rates - Corresponding to 'Solenoid Vacuum system' screen 
6.1 PS8677 needs to be added on EPICS screen. 

To verification of the tag names used, you can find detailed information in the attached spreadsheet. 

When you have a change, can you please reset the Solenoid IOCs to see if we still have the fails (pink colors) on the read-back signals mentioned above. 

We still need to check the 'Solenoid Cryogenics' screens.

The EPICS-side was updated to match your PLC datatype for EM_FORCE, EM_RAMPDOWN, and EM_FASTDUMP (the latter 2 being the thresholds). 

Ex. 
RS86107DS_BL.value => B_SOL:FOR:RS86107DS_BL_B:EM_FORCE 
RS86107DS_BL.Limit_1 => B_SOL:FOR:RS86107DS_BL_B:EM_RAMPDOWN 
RS86107DS_BL.Limit_2 => B_SOL:FOR:RS86107DS_BL_B:EM_FASTDUMP
