Thank you
Scot, Pablo
Are you able to complete the cable identification and prep that we discussed last week - before the magnet arrives tomorrow?
Ruben

Gents,
FYI. I've had Debbie Griffith order the socket contacts for the balance of the SST ~ VT & Senor connectors.

Scot, Pablo, Krister,
As I shall be away at ETI Monday and Tuesday next week, can I leave it to you to complete your actions below?
Krister,
I can't see to find the Torus TOSP?
Cheers
Ruben

Gentlemen,
Thank you for your time this morning.
I have attached the following documents which we will be referencing throughout the final phase of this project (and updating as necessary)
1. Project plan (28th June to 28th Sept 2017)
Color Code:
Blue: Installation
Purple: I and C
Green: Leak Testing and Pressure Testing
Yellow: Welding
Red text: The milestones that the DOE will be tracking
2. Payroll/HR Guidance
3. Sub-team members, shift patterns, training matrix, vacations
As discussed, pretty much all I and C tasks have been planned for the day shift only.
However, should we come across I and C issues or if other tasks get delayed and the schedule starts to slip, we may have to work some long days and some weekends and perhaps the odd swing shift - so thank you all for agreeing to do this.
Any shift work will of course be planned in advance to ensure everyone's health and safety is preserved.
All non-exempt staff will be eligible for shift differential payments and overtime as outlined in the guidance document (attached).
Actions:
Scot
1. Order more spare pins for connectors
Scot / Pablo
1. Identify all the cables (which are already festooned on Level 2) which are to connected to the magnet as soon as the magnet arrives(I.e. temperature sensors, voltage taps, load cells)
(Note: You may have to release some of the spiral wrap used on some of the cables to allow you to separate individual cables to be able to reach the feedthroughs on the magnet)
Krister
1. Identify and kit-out everything we need to push some current through the magnet to allow us to check out the voltage taps (i.e. 60V 18 A PSU, diode block, fuse, connecting cables)
2. Check to see if we can use HBList instead of a TOSP to do this test
Ruben
1. Locate hall sensors and hall sensor mounting blocks
2. Dig out previous Torus TOSP for low current magnet test
3. Arrange (with George Biallas and Doug Tilles) to get field lines painted on the floor and arrange for Jennifer to measure field levels during commissioning stage.
Wesley
1. Set up to archive voltage tap signals, so we can 'before' and 'after' signals
Pablo, Tyler, Brian
1. Review all I and C task items in attached plan to see if there is anything we can tackle now or at least start now.
Regards
Ruben
