[Dsg-hallb_magnets] TR817F9 at 325 K, Torus LV cRIO reset

Hello Rama and Ruben, 

TR817F9 was at 325 K. The LV cRIO has been restarted and the temperature reading ~4.8 K now. 

As with the last 325 K error, attached is a screenshot of the raw data from the LV chassis in LabVIEW. At the bottom, "Chassis 2 Status" shows the data from the LV chassis at the time of the screenshot. "Chassis 2 Latch" shoes the data from when the temperature first read 325 K.
