[Dsg-hallb_magnets] TR817B1 at 325 K, Torus LV cRIO restarted

Hello Rama, 

TR817B1 was at 325 K this morning. After restarting the Torus LV cRIO, the Cerenox reads ~4.8 K. 

Attached is the LabVIEW screenshot showing the raw data to/from the LV Chassis for TR817B1 at the time of the error. Also just for reference, attached is a screenshot of the raw data after the LV cRIO was restarted.
