[Dsg-hallb_magnets] 32K issues - update ?

I don't think we can definitively say one way or the other where the fault is; because even with using a target voltage instead of target power it did have a spike to 325 K, but it recovered instead of getting stuck.

We were hoping to narrow down why it recovered (but for that we need it to mess up, which so far it hasn't). So the one time we want it to screw up it gives us weeks of smooth running, even with an ESR temp spike along the way.

So as to not send so many emails, in regards to Ruben's question of if we keep the test going...

I'd leave it as-is until either it does something unexpected, we verify it can recover the spikes, or it comes to a critical time when a reboot of the cRIO would cause more issues than now (i.e. the magnet is about to be powered). Currently the only issue with how the cRIO is setup is that if it is rebooted it will revert to the previous version, but in order to deploy the new code we'd need to reboot it (interrupting the current test).
