[Dsg-hallb_magnets] update: solenoid TODO list

Hello Wesley, 

I noticed the changes on the screen for the cryo interlock breakout, but I can see that there is not the 'VCL Voltage Drop' indicators under the breakout of the Cryo interlocks. 

I've added these as CryoSum[12] and CryoSum[13]. Please check attached spreadsheet.

The solenoid interlock db and gui have been updated for the cryo interlock breakout. Updated the gui formatting as well. Same as we recently did for the Torus.

Hello Wesley, 

Attached find 'Solenoid_CryoSum_Interlocks' spreadsheet with the PLC tags needed to breakout the Cryo Interlock status indicator. 

Also the 'Interlock Thresholds_Solenoid_May_19_2017_v6' was updated with the changes agreed during last meeting; you can find it on M:\hallb_eng\CLAS12\Magnets\Solenoid\Controls and Wiring

— CMM_LoadCell_Interlock_1st 
— CMM_LoadCell_Interlock_2nd 

The gui should be updated with what goes where also. When I add the cryo_interlock break-out, I’ll resize everything and clean it up to look like the Torus.
