[Dsg-hallb_magnets] info for 2 new PT's

TP8680 and TP8675 Sensors were added in the Solenoid PLC code. 

Actual read-back values are: 

TP8680 ~ 300.46 [K] 
TP8675 ~ 294.34 [K]

Done. Just need to know placement on the SST GUI. Looks like it still needs to be added to the PLC-side.

TP8675 	Real 	PT-100 Temperature Sensor for Vaporizer 
TP8680 	Real 	PT-100 Temperature Sensor for Relief Valve 

Looking to the Solenoid Helium SST screen, I can see that the sensor TP8675 is already being displayed on the screen.
