[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Correction signal name - PV8600

Hello George, 

During a meeting that was held yesterday (5/25/17) for the review of the Solenoid Cryogenics P&I Diagram , It was noticed that the signal name used for the pneumatic valve (Vacuum gate valve) is PV8600, and the same signal appears with a different name on the B00000-09-00-0601 - SOLENOID PUMP P & I DIAGRAM (shown as PV8600 TB ). 
It was agreed that the correct name should be PV8600 as it is shown currently on the Solenoid Cryogenics P&I Diagram. We should keep the same names to avoid any confusion.
