Scot replaced the thermal switch on the VCL heaters (normally 135K, could only locate a 185K switch for testing, will be replaced later with the correct value).

This has reduced the noise on the Cernox sensors by an order of magnitude (~5K to ~0.5K), but when viewed from the archiver it is apparent the noise is still higher when the heaters are on compared to when they're off; so we might need to revisit the issue if the noise is higher on other sensors (namely the VTs) or if this amount of noise is still a problem.
