Hardwire QD1 was the first to go, 60mV threshold.   (VT5+VT6+VT7+VT8+VT9+VT10)  vs (VT11+VT12+VT13+VT14)
I took the text file and summed the appropriate VT's to get a guess at what QD1 sees.
