[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Solenoid and Torus FastDAQ cRIOs cannot connect to network

Both FastDAQ cRIOs weren't on the network after the outage last night. Most debugging has focused on the solenoid one since it is needed sooner.

We found that booting into safe mode works properly (can ping it and shows up in NI software), but attempting to boot normally the RT OS isn't loaded and the cRIO isn't on the network. Trying a different network cable and switch port had no effect, the console output is completely empty when attempting a normal boot.

The solenoid cRIO is now back to using the original one (a 9068) the previous spare (a 9067) has been taken back to the EEL for debugging. The torus is powered off and will be looked at later.
