[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Quench 4 Data File

I scrolled back 3 minutes and didn't see any quenches that didn't trip the QD, i.e. the magnet recovered itself.

I did find this ~5 minutes earlier when the magnet was steady at 1000A.

Not sure what is going on there.
