[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Scope Captures

There is either a .png + .txt or .csv + .txt with the same filename (the number below corresponds to the number in the filename).
The .txt file has the scope setting & statistics.

0 = MPS on, set to 0A
1 = Same, but finer time scale (so more points)
2 = Ramping to 5A
3 = XY points from same ramp
6 = MPS set to 5A, steady state
7 = ZFCT output from remote MPS chassis

We're in the process of increasing the threshold for QD #1 channels 1 & 2 to 100 mV
