That is the voltage the QD #1 Channel 1 sees during a ramp.
Not sure that we'll be able to get much from it since the time scale is so big (5s/div).
The frequency Glenn found was ~120 kHz (I don't think that was captured with a picture), which is to fast to be any equipment.
