[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Fast Dump Overview

Just a high level look at the fast dumps experienced so far this week, a more detailed analysis is ongoing.

Attached are plots of the current and the coil VTs from ~200 ms prior to the dump switch opening (for reference the dump switch should take on the order of ~100 ms to open).
Also attached is a zip file containing 1 second worth of data for each dump, it's a 8 MB zip with six 8 MB txt files.

All of the plots and files were made with the default options, i.e. no synchronization options enabled.
