Attached are a Word document with notes on the setup used as well as an Excel file with the data. The main testing was done with the setup the same as the single ended wiring ( based on drawing B000000900-0687) on the solenoid.

The response to both pulse width and amplitude changes appear to be exponential for a big chunk of the values (except at the lower end of scale).

The main takeaway is that both the threshold and delay settings alone aren't enough to determine when the QD unit will indicate a quench.
