[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Current Lead Water Flow Switches

In doing the P027 checkout Pablo and I found that even after 5+ minutes of stopping flow to the leads the SOE module didn't indicate a fault.

After opening the covers to the flow switches it was found that the switch itself was working properly, but the lever wasn't moving far enough to fully engage the switch when flow was stopped.

See the attached picture for details: since the spring tension screw has been epoxied in (magenta arrow) we decided to see if we could move the switch, Nick found that the screws holding the switch weren't very tight, so after moving the switches closer (green arrow) he tightened them down.

We verified that each switch properly trips the SOE when flow is stopped.
