why don't we make a list that indicates what hallb should have from our perspective (yours and mine; you pretty much know what i want) 
we can discuss the details at the meeting. 
hmm! to the best of my knowledge the budget has been signed and jlab should be rolling in it!

Do you want them as they were prior to going bad yesterday or as they currently are? 

Also, I think Nick inherited the PLC spares when Josh left, so I'm not sure exactly what is available there.
