[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus Controlled ramp down - Cryo Interlock indicators

Hello, 

Torus went into a controlled ramp down, the Torus Interlock EPICS screen showed that there was a red indicator for "CryoInterlock Sum", looking to the detailed list under this "CryoSum" indicator we noticed that the was not any fault present. 

It seems like the reason for this event was because the PLC control logic has an interlock that is associated with the "Lead Flow Vent", which is generating a controlled ramp down. If this is what we really need, this interlock should be added under the "CryoInterlock Sum" list indicators at the "Torus MPS Interlock Status" screen to avoid any confusion. 

Solenoid PLC is following the same logic and it does not have an indicator as well.
