The individual PTP servers for each hall had to be rolled back to a single server located in the CC data center, this means we would need to set a higher TTL. Unfortunately so far there is no way to change this setting on the PLCs (the cRIOs with Linux use the PTPd default of 64, PLCs have a default of 1; a higher value can go across more routers/switches).

As such the priority 1 value of the PLCs has been changed (128 -> 32) so one of them will be the grandmaster.

If it turns out I can change this setting (doubtful) or once the CC deploys an additional switch such that the PLCs can communicate with the PTP server (not until after this run) this change will be undone.
