was confused by seeing ch# 13 and ch#12 . 
realized they are SOEs 
realized you convert the bits to time on the RHS. 
reckon qd 2 went ~ 180 ms earlier?

It's just the order/timing of what the PLC saw. Basically it was QD 2 going first again. 

We can also rule out the PLC causing it because the fast dump relay was later. 

Since it was the end of the day and the accelerator is down for a bit we'll troubleshoot tomorrow , but it's looking more like the QD board itself causing the dump since the voltage taps don't appear to be doing anything prior to the dump.
