The Torus FastDAQ cRIO stopped running, most likely due to network issues.
Unsuccessful attempts were made to reboot the cRIO through NI MAX, the cRIO's LabVIEW project, and through the terminal server connected it the cRIO's console output.
Probir and I made an access to Hall B and found that the cRIO's User 1 LED was on and not blinking as it should (LED acts as heartbeat and indicates that program is running).
We rebooted the cRIO using its reset button. It came back fine and we were able to clear the controlled ramp down interlock. We verified the program was running and checked the EPICS Live FastDAQ screen.
The Torus is now ramping back to field.
