[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus PLC -going online

Hi Nick,
I just tried to go online with the Torus PLC and I had the same error message showed in your previous email.
I used an ACD file from 8/27/2018, which was the last one that I used when I went online with the Torus PLC.
Usually DSG uses "dsgcontrols1' or "DSGTest1" PCs to connect online with the Solenoid and Torus PLCs, these PCs have different version of RSLOGIX5000/Studio5000 installed (v13 - v27). We did not have this type of error before.

Hi Pablo,
I got a strange message trying to go online with Torus PLC last night.
Can you try going online for me from a computer other than clas12magnetpc ? Do you know if any of the DSG computers that may have uploaded from have different versions of software than what was on the Hall B Computers? Looking through RS databases that seems to be one possible culprit.
If you get same error one solution I have found so far is to download the project which would screw up some of our filtering averaging timing, but right now would be perfect time to perform since we have (2) days.
IF you do go online please send me that .ACD file for me to try.
