[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] PTP Time Server In Hall B

The CC has recently deployed a PTP server to the Hall B networks.

The PLCs automatically picked it up since it's priority is higher than theirs (as intended), see attached images.

The PLCs will still fall back to using themselves in the priority listed in the referenced logbook entry if for some reason the CC clock goes away.
