Pablo and I went to try and troubleshoot this cRIO. It is exhibiting the same symtoms as all the earlier failures.

- Flashing status LED indicating issue during boot, so no networking available
- Boots into safe mode just fine

We left it powered off (flipped the breaker to the cRIO) since the last time this happened it recovered on it's own while waiting to be surveyed.

This is now the 3rd failure we've had with this series (906x) cRIO (4th if you count the SVT cRIO). I've submitted a service request to NI, but as usual I don't expect anything useful to come of it.

I've attached the serial console output for this cRIO for both normal and safe mode.
