ruben, 
it is indeed for both the halls. 
i focus on the PLC LabView column (column F) for halls B and D 
so, if you need to make some changes for the magnet and cryo columns that needs to be done. 

i chose this method of informing the halls for the following reasons: 

1. ruben doesn't need to have two lists, one for the magnets (column D) and cryo (column E) and the other for the PLC and LabVIEW (column F). [i do not know the rota for halld's magnet and cryo systems, if i knew i would include it in this spreadsheet.] 

2. it clearly indicates to everyone that the same five are slated to field both halls.

I presume this is cover for both Halls B and D. 

In that case, it seems you do not have the latest version - i.e. I had to make changes to the cover for Probir and myself and I shared the updated sheets with you a few weeks ago. 

Let me modify the sheets you have just sent me and send them out again.

attached find reshuffled rota. 

rota has been reshuffled because: 
after three weeks, the magnets are getting powered up 
a few of the DSG staff have other engagements, 
and to even out the number of shifts fielded by each person. 
(amanda, tyler, pablo, brian, and nick would have each fielded 19 shifts, see rota) 

to reiterate ( repetita iuvant ) how the rota works: 
the primary person's name in red. 
if the person can not be contacted, 
go through the list till a person is contacted.
