Attached are the results of internal flow meter testing yesterday.

Short answer is Solenoid power supply is operating under the manufactured recommended flow rates at 4000A across all (5) circuits.
(Note: one time test and other operations were going on at this time which could have affected my results, more data points are necessary)

With the relevant information compiled (thanks Brian) we can assertively say no noise or QD fast dumps have been initiated since December 2017 (not counting one trip on a incorrect threshold setting), ie magnet is healthy!

There is clear evidence of the Hall B LCW system going into a mode that causes enough disturbance in the Solenoid LCW manifold to initiate a fast discharge. Due to the marginal flow numbers we are working with the appropriate personnel to come up with a plan for mitigating the Solenoid LCW flow problems as a first step. Bringing the internal numbers to the recommended values should provide enough extra margin for continued operations without fast discharging during the LCW transition periods.
