Yes.  I agree appears to be a shift.  VT15 had ~2% duplicates and 3.4% overlaps.  Higher than the rest.

Maybe VT15?

Although this looks suspiciously like something not getting shifted correctly?

Not having the SOE timestamps really doesn't help either.
