[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall B Solenoid - Troubleshooting Fast Dump Initiation Events v1

Forgot to send logbook entry to email comparing fast dumps between the magnets.

https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3609881

Quick observations:
- Noise at steady state (~0.6 V pk-pk) is similar between the two. Solenoid actually has less spikes, which we'd expect since it has the 60 Hz notch filter and the Torus doesn't.
- The IDCCT falls off much faster initially for the Torus compared to the Solenoid (is that expected because of the inductance?)

Let me know if you'd like to see anything additional (more/less zoom, different VTs, etc) that I can add.
