Gentlemen,

Are we clear on what we want to do tomorrow (Wed 10/24)?

We can access the hall from 10am onwards.

Shall we meet in the Counting room at 9am with all the hardware etc. that will be needed - cables, relays etc.

Regards

Ruben

Dear all,

Below is the schedule for next two days from PD. As of now we expect to be down from 9 am tomorrow, Wednesday, October 24, till at least swing on Thursday. Most likely we will be down till Friday day shift. So, Hall-B's plans during these days will be:
- 9am beam off, will start turning magnets off (solenoid and torus) - magnet experts
- Hall will go to the restricted access, ~10 am - shift expert
- planed work will start in the hall ~10 am - detector experts, engineering
- we will keep hall open until plans for beam to physics finalized (most likely will stay open till Friday morning)

Please coordinate with Sergey if you need DAQ, I know CTOF and HTCC wants to do calibration runs, also there is a request to do cosmic run for the forward carriage detectors (can be done overnight). We have time to do all, just need a coordination. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Regards, Stepan
RC

Run Coordinators,

The schedule for the Hall A Facility Development run is up on the white board.
Based on the current schedule, Friday day shift will be when physics resumes and when you should man your staff. Depending on how things go, we could start earlier. As we get through Thursday day shift, we will know more. It is an aggressive schedule but is why we included those float shifts.

Wednesday, 10/24
Day Shift:
- Injector checks at 9AM (3 hrs.)
- 1C12 Scans (4 hrs.)
Swing:
- Arc 1 & 2 Calibration (8 hrs.)
Owl:
- Phaser SL & NL

Thursday, 10/25
Day:
- MOmod (8 hrs.)
Swing:
- Float if needed
Owl:
- Float if needed

Friday, 10/26
Day:

OPS White Board Schedule: http://accboard.acc.jlab.org/

Please let me know if you have any questions about the schedule.
