[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Fast daicahege of hall b solenoid

Dear Denny, Krister,

This afternoon about 1500 hrs - 1700 hrs we will be carrying out a few fast discharge from 100-250A in solenoid.
This is to test some of the fast DAQ data. Brain and his team (DSG) will be performing the tests.

This should not effect anybody or even open any relief valve/s.

Just to be mindful that this is happening today and do not get surprised. Just acknowledge okay for any solenoid magnet related alarms.
This will be operated from counting house/hall.
