[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Solenoid ramped to 250 A

QD Board (both #1 & #2) tuning has been completed. Thresholds were set with a delay of 0 ms, then set to the proper (200 or 999 ms) afterwards.

Solenoid is ramping to 250 A where it will be left over the weekend.
