[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [Revised Logentry] Solenoid and Torus Controlled Ramp Down

Solenoid and Torus had a controlled ramp down due to differential pressure again.
B_LCW_Level1_Ret pressure increased to ~ 66 psi, while B_LCW_Level1_Sup pressure kept constant at ~ 112 psi
As per Probir's instructions, faults for LCW Differential_Pressure low were cleared for both magnets. Also Solenoid was parked at 663 A and Torus at 500 A. 
Differential pressure monitoring will continue before ramping both magnets to full current.
