[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Control crates test and completeion of checks prior to switching ON the MPS

Can we please get together on Tuesday morning to get the status update towards the preparation in order to run the magnets in hall b. All, please get all the check lists (even if not completed) so that we can review and proceed.
