Hi Guys,

I have spoken with MCC about the concern with leave the magnets at
any current in restricted access. They have agreed to go to controlled
access when we are ready to ramp magnets and stay there.  They will be
fully staffed at the time and have no problem switching to controlled.
Eugene will be on site assisting Probir with the sweep and has agreed to
call for controlled access at the onset of ramping the magnets.
