[Dsg-hallb_magnets] PLC Computer in Hall B

Tyler and I went down during the access to turn the computer (clas12magnetpc, the one on SFL2) back on. I suspect it lost power and in the BIOS it was set to 'Power Off' on AC recovery, we changed it to 'Power On' since that computer should always be on anyway.

Even after changing several settings we couldn't get the wake on lan functionality to work, maybe it being on a Hall subnet has something to do with it?

We also verified that v28 will start normally (i.e. no long startup times) and go online with a controller.

P.S.
I also updated the latest PLC code to GitHub.
- Removed project files from top level directory (use the ones in the subdirectories)
- Changed the project path for the DBX controller to match the controller name (was Cryo-box now Cryo_DBox [why it isn't DBX or DBox I'm not entirely sure])
