[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus interlock checkout complete

Hi Probir,

Aaron and I have completed the Torus pre-power up interlock checkout.

Like the Solenoid, we were unable to check one of the cryogenic liquid level interlocks because that sensor never dropped below 100%.

Also, we need to measure the voltage inside the Torus power supply. Was the voltage measured inside the Solenoid MPS before power was removed from it?

We'll scan in a copy of both the Solenoid and Torus checklists once we have that voltage or we get word that it's fine to upload the checklist without the measurement.
