[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall B SC MPS and Magnet - checks

Dear All,

I have moved the dates for checks to be done now will be starting 19th -21st (NOT 18th), since Krister and me needed in Hall B to get all right in place to start with OSP/documentation and approvals etc.
