[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus alarm

Hi Brian,

Stepan mentioned that magnet ramped down and the He level went down as well...
Could you please check if that dumped or ramped down...The coil temp seems ~20K.

It looks like there is an issue with the DBox PLC. I can't go online with it with RSLogix and it isn't responding to pings.

According to the solenoid's SOE module the LHe level was the first to trip off.

Since I can't do anything remotely will need to have an access to go see what is causing the problem. Will probably be at least 15:45 until I can come in.
